1. How do I contact someone at AWE?

2. How do I get a job or internship at AWE?
For general employment inquiries, go to the Careers page and review the information posted.

Due to the volume of resumes, our staff will only contact you if interested in interviewing you for a specific position. We will retain your resume in our applicant database for future consideration.

3. Where I can watch AWE?
A list of cable providers that offer AWE can be viewed on our Where To Watch page. Please contact your cable or satellite provider to request AWE if they aren’t listed.

You can also view AWE via Roku and Amazon Fire TV.

4. Where can I find the next time a show will air?
You can usually find the next scheduled air date of a series by going to that series’ show page found on the list of AWE Programming. If it is scheduled to air within the next few weeks, the date, time and episode should be viewable.

5. Why did AWE change the time/day of my favorite show?
Scheduling decisions are made after careful thought and much analysis. Our goal is to match the right program with the most receptive audience. Although we realize that not every decision will please everyone, we welcome comments from viewers so that we may further understand how our programs are being received.

6. Why was my favorite show cancelled?
Sometimes, shows seem to just disappear without warning. It is possible that a show may not be renewed contractually and eventually leave our air.

Another challenge of broadcast television is to keep pace with the constantly changing tastes of the viewing public. Should one of your favorite shows leave our schedule, we hope that other AWE programs make up for the loss.

7. Which AWE shows are closed captioned?
All of AWE’s programs are closed captioned.

8. What are AWE’s guidelines for submitting story ideas, concepts or content?
AWE is interested in speaking with owners/rights-holders of HD content for broadcasting on AWE and acquisition purposes.

9. How can I get a copy of my favorite show on DVD?
AWE cannot distribute its programming via DVD. This is due to several contact and legal bindings that do not permit distribution.
